Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Beige Club, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Community Guidelines.

Acceptable use

Beige Club connects homeowners with interior design professionals. You must use the service lawfully and respectfully. We have zero tolerance for objectionable, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or illegal content or behaviour.

User-generated content

You are responsible for content you post (profiles, portfolio images, reels, reviews, and messages submitted through inquiries). Do not post content that is misleading, infringes others’ rights, or violates our Community Guidelines.

Reporting and moderation

Users can report content and other users in the app. We review reports and may remove content, restrict accounts, or terminate access when violations occur.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings or our account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Unclaimed and directory listings

Some designer profiles on Beige Club are unclaimed listings created from publicly available information. The designer may not have registered with or endorsed Beige Club. We do not guarantee that unclaimed listing information is complete, current, or accurate.

Unclaimed listings are not the same as “Verified” or admin-vetted designers on the platform. Homeowners may use contact details shown on an unclaimed profile; in-app quotation and inquiry features may be unavailable for those listings.

Designers may request removal or correction of an unclaimed listing by emailing hello@beigeclub.com.

Disclaimer

Beige Club facilitates discovery and communication between users and designers. We do not guarantee project outcomes, pricing, or professional qualifications beyond what is displayed in the app. Beige Club is not a party to any agreement between homeowners and designers contacted through unclaimed listings or outside the platform.
